Pay R.A. Fees!

Information on how to pay your fees.

 

RA Fees: The annual RA fees will be collected by C-Era Property Management
The RA fee is:

  • $78.75 ($75 + GST) for multi-family units
  • $105 ($100 + GST) for single family homes per year.

Payment Options:

Complete the Pre-Authorized Payment form; using May 1 as the Start Date and include a void cheque.

Once received, C-era will electronically debit your RA fees on the first month of each fiscal year (May).

  • To register, please email townsqrequests@associa.ca to request your unique Account ID to register for TownSq. Note: Your unique Account ID was included in the April 2022 Mailout.
  • Go to https://app.townsq.io/associa/signup and Register online using your Account ID and Postal Code
  • Fill in the required information and create a password.
  • To set-up a new pre-authorized payment we must receive your completed form by the 20th of the month before your 1st payment is due; if you are not able to return your form before then, you can pay your first RA fee in one of the following ways:

    Send payment by cheque, in the amount of the fee listed above, to:
    "Suite B, 6010- 12 Street SE, Calgary, AB, T2H 2X2"
    (make cheque payable to “Sage Hill Resident’s Association, in trust”);

    Make an appointment to come into our office to pay by cheque, debit or Visa & Mastercard (2% charge on credit card);

    Fill out and sign the “Additional PAD Authorization Form” which is enclosed and send back to our office and we will process this at the time the regular Pre-Authorized Payment begins.

    As many of the requests we are getting are related to sales or refinancing, we wanted to point home-owners to condo papers where they may order a “Dues statement” that will provide them the needed information.

    TownSquare allows owners to communicate with managers, VIEW & PAY YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE, get up to date community news & events, submit Requests (can include photos), download documents for free and more! If you have not been receiving emails, kindly update your contact information.

    1. To register, please email townsqrequests@associa.ca to request your unique Account ID to register for TownSq.
    2. Go to https://app.townsq.io/associa/signup and Register online using your Account ID and Postal Code.
    3. Fill in the required information and create a password.
    4. Login

    Please note if you own multiple units within SHRA, you MUST sign up for each unit then you can Link them by selecting Add Account (under your Profile and Accounts).

    Please remember to let C-Era know if you RENT out your home (and have a different mailing address or if you are SELLING your home (so we can update your account) or if you have updated any contact information. You can download forms on TownSq, including the Owner Contact Information Form and Pre-Authorized Debit Form (if you prefer to pay that method for your annual fee).

    If you are a new owner in SHRA, C-Era Property Management requires your Land Title for updating your account. Kindly submit a Owner Contact Information Form as well.

    You can also download the TownSq app on your phone once registered!

    Once registered on TownSq, you will have the option to pay your account online as follows:

    1. Log in to TownSq
    2. Select your account from the top right of the screen.
    3. Select “Make a payment” on the right-hand side of the screen.
    4. Follow the instructions to enter your credit card.
