Fee Information
The annual RA fees for the 2026-2027 fiscal year are:
$76.05 ($75 + GST) for multi-family homes
$105.00 ($100 + GST) for single-family homes
Fees are payable starting April 1, 2026. Late feels will apply after June 30, 2026.
You can view any outstanding balance through TownSq.
Payment Options
We have various payment options available. Please submit any questions regarding fees through your TownSq account.
Pre-authorized payments:
Complete the Pre-Authorized Payment form; using April 1 as the Start Date and include a void cheque. Once received, C-era will electronically debit your RA fees on the first month of each fiscal year (April).
To set-up a new pre-authorized payment we must receive your completed form by the 20th of the month before your first payment is due; if you are not able to return your form before then, you can pay your first RA fee through cheque or e-transfer.
Interac E-transfer:
You can send your e-transfer to: sagehill@cerapm.com
The address is setup for auto deposit, so no security question or answer is required.
In the comment/note section of the e-transfer please include your name and the mailing address (including postal code) of your home in Sage Hill to ensure that your payment is applied to the correct account.
Credit Card:
You can pay by credit card through Global Payments. Ensure you enter your address accurately so your payment will be applied to the right account.
