Join TownSq
TownSq is the portal for homeowners to communicate with our property management company, C-era Property Management. Through TownSq, you can communicate with managers, view your account balance, and submit requests. To register:
Please email townsqrequests@associa.ca to request your unique Account ID to register for TownSq.
Go to https://app.townsq.io/associa/signup and choose “Sign up using account number”, using the provided Account ID and your postal code.
Fill in the required information and create a password.
Please remember to let C-Era know if you RENT out your home (and have a different mailing address. if you are SELLING your home (so we can update your account), or if you have updated any contact information. You can download forms on TownSq, including the Owner Contact Information Form and Pre-Authorized Debit Form (if you prefer to pay that method for your annual fee).
If you are a new owner in SHRA, C-Era Property Management requires your Land Title for updating your account.
You can also download the TownSq app on your phone once registered!
